Week 51 Highlights (Week of December 15)
- Availability and price perception rose versus last week and quality perception was flat to last week.
- NPS rose in week 51 and currently sits above the 12-week rolling average.
- Online usage remained at 14% over the last 12 weeks with two-thirds of online shoppers opting for home delivery.
- Price remains as the number one roadblock to produce consumption but in-store education helping with prep ideas would also help.
