Week 39 Highlights (Week of September 22)

All three perception scores improved this week, with a notable lift in Net Promoter Score as small shifts up the recommendation scale had a big impact. The 12-week rolling online usage average dipped slightly to 15%, though Ontario continues to lead and two-thirds of online shoppers remain satisfied with home delivery. While price remains the main barrier, consumers pointed to convenience, new varieties, and more education on usage and health benefits as key drivers to boost demand.
