Are you an emerging leader in the fresh produce industry? The 2026 Passion for Produce (PFP) Program offers a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and grow alongside mentors and peers at the 2026 CPMA Convention and Trade Show, taking place April 28–30 in Toronto.

Program Fee

$1,500 per participant. Includes program events and meals. Travel and accommodations not included.

Eligibility

Open to employees of CPMA member companies with company support and an application sponsor (typically a supervisor).

Selection Process

Applications are reviewed confidentially by a sub-group of the CPMA Education Committee and PFP Alumni. Acceptance not guaranteed.

The Passion for Produce (PFP) program was developed by CPMA to help emerging professionals gain hands-on insight into the fresh produce supply chain — from field to fork.

Through mentorship, guided learning sessions, and networking events at the CPMA Convention, participants explore every stage of the produce journey while building lasting industry connections.
