Weekly check-in on the produce aisle
Week 1 Highlights (Week of January 5)
- All perception scores improved or stayed the same from the previous week but fell below the rolling 12-week average.
- 41% of respondents were satisfied with all performance metrics, while 24% felt either availability or quality (or both) did not meet their expectations.
- NPS improved off a low score last week and bettered the 12-week rolling average.
- Online usage remained at 14% over the last 12 weeks with Ontario leading the way with adoption and the West lagging.
- Price is the number one roadblock to produce consumption; but disappointments over quality leading to waste and time constraints in the kitchen were also cited as roadblocks to greater consumption.
