About the Passion for Produce Program

pfp3The Passion for Produce (PFP) program was created by CPMA and provides emerging professionals in the produce industry with the opportunity to expand their knowledge of the supply chain through mentorship and participation in various events. Passion for Produce is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for participants to learn about the fresh fruit and vegetable sector in an interactive setting, while being educated on key aspects of the produce supply chain from “Field to Fork.”

This opportunity is exclusively available to CPMA members.

“As an experienced produce professional, participating in the PFP program earlier this year was an incredibly rewarding and energizing opportunity. Even with years in the industry, the program broadened my perspective by offering a deeper, more interconnected view of the supply chain. The mentorship component stood out as a major highlight, allowing me to learn directly from senior leaders whose insights helped refine my leadership approach and expand my understanding of emerging trends and challenges in the sector.

The program also strengthened my professional network in meaningful ways. Engaging with other participants, executives, and PFP alumni created a strong sense of community and enabled conversations that pushed my thinking and inspired new ideas. The personal development sessions offered a valuable chance to reflect on my strengths, identify areas for growth, and elevate the way I lead within my organization.

I’m grateful to CPMA for providing such an impactful platform for professionals at all stages of their careers.”
